For a product that is cloth, this is when the sewing and/or stitching of the item is to be finished.
4. Finally, for a painted item, the seal of an overcoat is put on, again to make sure the original paint does not fade or get chipped away. If the item is a garment, this is when the item is created to be the item of clothing for which it was made at the manufacturers to become a shirt, dress, skirt, etc. The benefit of hand-crafted products are that they are truly one-of-a-kind items.
